 Job Requirements :

  1. Interested Canidates must have a degree in Bachelor or Masters in Architecture
  2. Minimum experience of 5 years to 10 years
  3. Interested candidates must fall within the age group of 20-50 years of age
  4. Excellent Technical drawing skills
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite etc .
  6. Must have good presentation skills
  7. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
  8. Strong creative and visualization skills

Job Description :

 

  1. Meeting with clients to determine their needs and requirements
  2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
  3. Developing and presenting project proposals
  4. Adjusting designs and plans to match the needs and wants of the clients
  5. Participating actively in the team that is in charge of the project development as a worker, team leader or co-ordinator
  6. Entering data in the company’s work log
  7. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
  8. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations

Interior Designer

Job Salary – 1000-1600 €  per month

Period of Employment – 2 Years (Renewable)

Accommodation – Provided

Transportation – Provided

Overtime – Provided ( 4 hours per day, 6 €  per hour, maximum of 150 hours)

Flight Ticket – Provided

Working Hours – 8 Hours a day, 5 days a week with a paid lunch break of 1 hour)

 

Job Requirements :

  • Must have knowledge of modelling in AutoCAD, Sketchup or Revit
  • Must have knowledge of rendering the modelled interior (with materials, lighting and images/renders) in 3D Studio Max, V-Ray or Lumion
  • Interested candidates must fall within the age group of 24-40 years
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in the field of interior design
  • Must have experience in working with at least 2 projects
  • Interested candidates must send their work portfolio showcasing the quality of their renders and interior designing skills in the form of a google drive link or website link
