Architect

 Job Requirements :

1. Interested Canidates must have a degree in Bachelor or Masters in Architecture
2. Minimum experience of 5 years to 10 years
3. Interested candidates must fall within the age group of 20-50 years of age
4. Excellent Technical drawing skills
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite etc .
6. Must have good presentation skills
7. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
8. Strong creative and visualization skills

Job Description :

1. Meeting with clients to determine their needs and requirements
2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
3. Developing and presenting project proposals
4. Adjusting designs and plans to match the needs and wants of the clients
5. Participating actively in the team that is in charge of the project development as a worker, team leader or co-ordinator
6. Entering data in the company’s work log
7. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
8. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations
